In order to receive an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your Full Name (that the order is under), Telephone Number, Email Address, Order Number, Picture of damaged package & product and Proof of Receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. (Make sure you monitor your emails) Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process this order.
